Hey everyone, I live in the North Bay Area, California - in Sonoma County - Wine Country
I hope to be able to sponge as much info from everyone here as I can to be better at pizza making. I do just OK now, but I'd like to be able to make some killer doughs - especially sourdough and I think I'm in a perfect geographic location to do a spontaneous fermentation dough. I'm a homebrewer for Beer so I'm sure some of that terminology is going to make it's way in to some of the discussions when it comes to yeast and fermenting of dough. Lol.
Anyways, I'm off to search around and try to figure out how to make my own sourdough starter!
