Does anyone have a strong opinions on building an outdoor oven and putting a 40 or 48 size oven in? Thank you.

I have a 40 inch Forno Bravo.   It is plenty big for anything I would want or need to do with it.  I think 48 would be overkill!

I think 40in/100cm would be plenty big for home use. I certainly wouldn't tell you not to go 48in if you had your heart set on it. It's a lot of oven to work in which is nice, but it's a lot of oven to heat and keep hot too.
