Hydration Change for HG

I currently use KA AP with a 48% hydration for thin/cracker style crust.  I bought some Sir Lancelot to experiment with and was wondering if I need to increase the water amount.  Also, would there be any benefit to switching to SL? Thanks for any insight you can give!

Well, I tried it with 50% and it came out chewy.  I like the AP best still.
