Cambro and Channel Dough Boxes
« on: May 16, 2013, 04:15:29 PM »
I'm in the process of getting the rest of our equipment together for our first market!

Needing some extra dough box covers for the Cambro's I have... Restaurant Depot only sells the Channel boxes and covers.  Anyone know if these are interchangeable?  Will they fit each other, or do I need to pay for Cambros?

Thanks!

I use cambro boxes and someone donated the ones they sell at restaurant depot and they don't fit each other very well.   I have to put a piece of plastic wrap between them whe stacking them mixed together or there will pretty good size gaps with the fit.  Walter

Thanks Walter!  I ended up calling Cambro directly to find out they don't fit, and ordered some off of a dealer on Amazon that fit properly.  Appreciate the response!

you are welcome and I too am going to buy more cambro boxes.  the RD ones are real flimsy and don't fit together amoung themselves near as good as the cambro boxes do.
