A couple pics from the RED HEAD last nite
« on: May 16, 2013, 08:32:49 PM »
I used the same recipe from the last pizza I made which was a version of Steve's Quick and Easy dough except it was 65% hydration, and 60/40 HG to 00, 1t yeast, 1t salt. Many beers were consumed so picture quality may be reduced :-D. Not bad for the first season's run of the Red Head with the Pizza Kettle insert.
