Some pics of my latest pizzas.

1) parmesan, green olives, almonds, parmesan oil, salt
2) plum tomatoes, oregano, basil, mozzarella de bufula, olive oil
3) mozzarella de bufula, roasted mushrooms, garlic butter, parmesan, parsley
4) mozzarella de bufula, ricotta, asparagus, lime
5) plum tomatoes, spinach, pistachios, caramelised onion, ricotta, mozzarella de bufula, reduced balsamic vinagre
6) mozzarella de bufula, ricotta, red onion, cherry tomatoes, pesto
7) queso azul, ricotta, mozzarella de bufula

I bet they were all incredible. I like parsley on my mushroom pies. the rest of the family doesn't however.  ???

Thanks Craig.  Actually, I'm vegan so I never actually get to eat the pies - it's purely a visual thing. I spend a lot of time looking at the pizza and peoples faces. Parsley has a really strong flavor - so I imagine it's doesn't work on every pie.

Ya, my guess would be that obtaining vegan cheese in columbia could be difficult/not cost effective?

Actually, I have seen cheese made from soya here - it's almost certainly cheaper than the cost of our bufalo mozzarella - but it's not clear to me if soya is particularly healthy so I'm happy to go without for the time being.

Also - after trying almost every cheese on the market - you can't beat bufalo mozzarella in terms of how it fuses with the tomate sauce.
