Just made 2 lbs of fresh, sweet italian sausage, using ground pork shoulder.
I seperated 1 lb, and kicked up the heat factor a bit with 3 roasted pimenta dedo de moça
, along with some ground cayenne powder
I'm in the mood for a square pie, lots of sauce, with roasted green peppers and greasy sausage.
