I can't remember the recipe exactly now, as I was rushed when I found out my buddy from the homebrew group was
coming over, so I winged it... but I tried not to cheat much, like using a rolling pin. I even tried to do a little pizza
toss, which didn't work out so well... but I'm getting better at making the dough thinner.
The pizzas look great.
Did you use the new recipe and the wonderful new techniques that you used for your last pizzas that were the subject of the "real-time" tutorial?
