I just (somewhat) made my first home made pizza ever...although I bought the dough from Trader Joe's. The sauce was based on recipes that you guys have posted...
1 can drained San Marzano peeled tomatoes
Pulsed a little with immersion blender
.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt.25 teaspoon white sugar
2 teaspoons EVOO
Sprinkled some garlic powder in
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
2 basil leaves torn into smaller pieces
Pulse Immersion blended a little again
It came out surprisingly tasty, even though the crust was a little undercooked on the bottom. Of course, I forgot to take pics of the bottom, which would make this very apparent. Looking forward to make my own dough very soon!!
