My new mixer in action.
« on: January 31, 2006, 07:51:13 PM »
Here are a couple of videos of the new mixer in action.

I was making plain white bread this morning when these were shot.

The first video is the first time I ever turned on the mixer with ingredients.
There was 2 cups of water in there with 3 cups of flour.

The second video is a few moments after.

Hi Chiguy,

yup very happy  ;D , glad you enjoyed the videos.

I was thinking about this mixer for just about a year, and finally decided to take the plunge.

I had better be making a lot of baked goods to justify buying it though.  ::)
