i got my copy of Pizza, Recipes from Naples' Finest Pizza Chefs by Alba Pezone. it's a very pretty book and big - 350 pages! it's a collection of recipes from 5 pizzioli: Enzo Coccia, Franco Pepe, Ciro Coccia, Gino Sorbillo and Enzo Piccirillo. I've only read one of the sections so far and have already found several things I want to try. looks like good read for sure.
