Pages 79-244: Essentially the same recipe over and over and over and over. I would summarize it as "make the dough, bake it, then throw on some of the craziest &#|¥ you can find, cooked, uncooked, cold, hot, whatever, on top."
Page 247: Fried pizza balls.
