New Pizza Eater
« on: May 31, 2013, 12:29:08 PM »

A new pizza eater just entered the world.

The problem is which pizza to stick in the little bugger's bottle.  If I start him on Dominos or Papa John he will grow up eating anything without complaints other than to tell me my pies are not greasy enough or not enough toppings.
On the other hand if I start him on my pies I know the first words out of his mouth will be "hydration, oven balance, or San Marzano."  Will he be happy or neurotic like the rest of us?

Decisions, Decisions

Congratulations Bob!!  That sure is a cute 'lil baby.  8)
I highly recommend starting him out on Chicago thin pizza and let him work his way up to Deep Dish.  :chef:

Congrats!  Too beautiful.  I don't know if you've ever seen shots of Adam Kuban's little one with slices but she certainly will be well educated in pizza, and I'm sure yours will too.

Hi

Well I'm 14 months old now and just had my first Neapolitan pie.  Mommy cut it up into tiny pieces and it was very flavorful.  You can see me in the picture working on the crust.
My only concern is the salt should be changed from 2.8% to 2.7%.

I would like to join the forum.  I think I can add valuable information in two areas:
     1. Formula pairings(think Enfamil/Similac) with different pizza styles.
     2. Pureed toppings.

I hope to contribute to the forum (once I learn to speak)

Adam

Great photo Bobino!  Maybe some holiday you can get all the new munchkins together for a pizza party.  Photos of that would be spectacular.

My son is 15 months and has been eating NY pizza since about 12... Needless to say he doesn't like baby food anymore,  oops! It's a blast though isn't it?
