It would definitely peak my interest. Is it the propane or wood. I went to the links you provided. 1st one didn't work for me.
Are you interested?

The opening and dome height look waaay too high here Jon.

That's what I was looking at too. The stainless ones don't look bad though, wondering about the deck on them....

1. As Bob mentioned, dome height is a concern, although some of the photos show domes that aren't as high as others.

2. Chimney placement.  Unless the oven is huge and you can put the chimney far away from the fire, the chimney should never be in the main chamber.

3.

Since I'm not seeing any seams, and even if there were, this oven doesn't appear thick enough (or heavy enough) to combine materials, I think it's safe to assume this oven is all one material.  The reference to volcanic rock and cool-ish to the touch claims scream either perlcrete, vermicrete or some kind of equivalent.

Ask any knowledgeble oven person- you can't make an oven out of only insulating material.  Without thermal mass to capture and store the heat, you don't get the thermodynamics of a wood fired oven.

Millar Stainless Steel Pizza Oven

These are still entirely unproven to be able to produce Neapolitan pizza. If you spend $1500+ for an oven, it had better be able to do 60-90 second bakes.

I believe the Alfa is another iteration on the same theme.

There's a slight chance that one of these ovens might have a ceramic interior, rather than a stainless one, but, even then, there's no guarantees of NP bake times.
