My Home Blodgett
« on: June 02, 2013, 09:50:50 AM »
Thought I would post a couple pics of my Blodgett 90 M1 that I just used for the first time this last week.  I picked it up a while back but I needed to get it converted from natural gas to propane which I finally hired a commercial company to do.  Have to say it works AWESOME.  It's a small two deck oven that can do two pizzas at a time.  Perfect for home.  It's not that difficult for two strong people to move but I'm planning to put it on wheels so I can just roll it out into the driveway whenever I want.  Great for pizza parties around the pool.

Thanks.  It actually has two of the stainless pieces removed in the pictures (left and bottom in front of the burners) but doesn't look that terrible without them.
