Omid we have sampled the ash-e jo to four other folks (I made a large batch) and all have loved it. We found that it got better the next day after a night in the refrigerator, and that it was at it's best warm, but not hot. Much like a fine coffee. Are my observations in line with custom?
I will look for the Persian noodles the next time I am at the mid east grocery and try my hand at ash-e reshteh in the new year. Many thanks for a great thread.
