Pizza and cheese sticks
« on: June 06, 2013, 07:36:50 PM »
Lots of calories tonight.  14in pie with my Papa John cheese sticks clone that I have been obsessing about here     http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,25603.0.html

Boxed em up to see if they look legit.

Nate,

Looking good. Is the pizza a real Papa John's pizza? And is there a reason why you posted in the NY style board?

Peter,

This is Essen's emergency pizza dough recipe for NY Style.  Incredible how different these two doughs taste side by side.
