I've been making pizzas in my home for years and dream of making 90 second pies in a WFO this summer. Right night, it seems that the Primavera 70 might be my best bet. I've heard good things about it, and it's nice that it's pre-fab. Furthermore, it seems like a relatively affordable option. Is there another similarly priced model that outperforms the P70 in regard to bake times?
FYI, my future father-in-law is very handy with stone, wood and brick and would be happy to help me construct the oven in his backyard, if need be. I don't care about the internal size of the oven, but I do care about internal temps/cook times.
