I would kill to have a guy on this forum who could say something along the lines of "Oh, you need a xxx,xxx BTU burner?  Sure, here's what you do"  Either to have that guy here or to be that guy.  But dialing in the right stoichiometry, the right gas pressure, venturi, the perfect hole size and location- all while maintaining an awareness of safety- that's not me.  At least, not today.

But I would like it to be.
