New Texian Biergarten and Pizzeria
« on: June 13, 2013, 04:32:30 PM »
Hey y'all. Been awhile...

Working on closing a deal on a new-to-me house. Already got plans to turn the back yard into a pleasure palace of manly pursuits, including pizza, grilling, BBQ, and of course... beer.

Gonna call the place The Biergarten. Once you see the back yard, you'll see why.

Envisioning lights strung out amongst the trees, with seating areas throughout the back yard, and Texas Outlaw Country music playing... maybe a bocce court, a game of washers, and lots of folks out there drinking, talking, and having a good time.

Very cool. Let me know when it's open for business.  ;D

Dude... some day...

Good to see y'all.

I need to catch up on my pizza skills. I've been concentrating on brew for a long time.

Yeah this one is in Leander, so... pretty much Waco.
