NY style recipes for steel plates
« on: June 13, 2013, 11:08:20 PM »
Is there a particular recipe that would work better for the steel plate.  Ive been working with the Lehmann style recipes on quarry tiles.  Ive recently picked up a 16.5 diameter 3/4 in steel plate.  So i was wondering if i should stay with Lehmanns or if there was a recipe that would be better.

Stick with the Lehmanns. What was your reference for purchasing your steel plate?

Ive been watching the results of the steel plate on here for awhile now.    I was discussing my pizza making with my dad.  I mentioned the use of steel.  He said he had a plate laying around I could have so that made my decision for me.  8)
