It has been awhile since I've been to UNO's.  Are you talking about the rack or the pan?

Maybe something like this.  I can not post URLs yet but I hope this helps.

That question is a little puzzling.  The original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago never used a rack on the inside of the bottom of the pan, if that is what you are referring to.  One time long ago when at one of the disreputed Uno's Chicago Bar and Grills, I do remember seeing some kind of rack under the pizza inside the deep dish pan, but that was just on one style of their deep dish pizzas.  Everyone thought that was very strange.  I thought they've long discontinued that as it made no sense, unless using some kind of par-baked crust, which the original Pizzeria Uno never did.  As most know, the Uno's Chicago Bar and Grill makes a poor imitation of a Chicago deep dish pizza and it's a shame that they bought the rights to associate the Uno's good name to their brand of deep dish pizza.  You can tell I'm really a fan, eh?

If you meant some other kind of rack, please elaborate.

the rack on the inside bottom of the pan is only for serving the pizza. It's annoying if you ask me. I always get the serving piece caught in the rack. I don't know where you can buy one but they definitely don't use it to cook the pizza. You would have to take the pizza out of the pan, put the rack in, and then put the pizza back in the pan. not worth it.
