Price is right, but for a real bite requires sq ft, sitting vs take out/delivery, signage, traffic, heads per nite, beer/booze yes/no, parking, hiway/road access, equipment age,what equip.........just to start. Then it's past receipts, payroll and all that overhead sh!t..... da,dadada ....flapflap and all that stuff

That is generally correct, and I thought about moving the post to the Moderator's board when I first saw the post. However, since the proposed sale was with respect to a business rather than the types of things spammers tend to push, I decided to let the post stay. My thinking was that maybe one of our members might be looking to buy an existing pizza business, and maybe some good would come out of such a purchase for the member. In cases like this, I look for what I think is good for the forum and its members. It's a judgment call.
