For those who are interested, Ive been looking for Caputo flour in Perth Australia and had no luck.
"Basile Imports" in Melbourne confirmed with me today that they had just brought in the range of Caputo flours however, and althought they couldnt confirm that they had an outlet in perth to distribute to yet, its a start. The lady is going to let me know as soon as they have found a retail outlet. Fingers crossed that is very soon!
Meanwhile, I dont suppose anyone else has stumbled across Caputo flour in Perth?
I have rung a few places, and the closest seems to be "Denti" 00 pizza flour - 11.98protein%, or "Farino" 00 pizza flour - 11.98protein%. Has anyone had experience using these flours in an NP dough in a WFO?
