Molino Spadoni

Hey guys,

      Was in the Chelsea market today and saw they were selling Molino Spadoni 00 flour by the Gran Mugnano company.  Was wondering is anyone has ever tried it out and what they thought.  I know Caputo is the Oracle--but I always love trying out new stuff.  Thanks.

ps : Gran Mugnaio (like "Grand Cru" for french wine) is an appelation, it means approximately "Noble Miller". The brand is "Molino Spadoni", it means "Spadoni's Mill".
