great to see you have joined the forum and are interested in making pizza. However this forum is kinda crazy when it comes to how dedicated we are to the craft and there is no easy answer. In reality two people could use the exact same recipes and one person could turn out a very good pizza while the other person would turn out a failure. So it really comes down to studying technique and the different variables. My first question to you would be do you understand bakers percentages? Without understanding that you won't be able to use any of the recipes on the forum.
