My apologies if the link won't open for everyone, but this landed in my inbox, and it's been kind of fun to poke around.  I must say, though I think I've learned much more through pizzamaking.com school!

I got a 5 out of 5 on the IQ test... numbers 5 was hard to pick the correct answer.

Nothing beats a good old shot of collagen to make your dough nice an puffy.  :)

good for arthritis, too.  Cortisone, collagen, gluten, some science thing.  But, you are only 21, so you would not know that yet.
