I'm totally new to pan pizza. It's definitely not "Chicago Style" as I don't cook as low-and-long or with sauce on top or raw sausage. I usually do mine American style right on the stone or more recently on the screen on the stone. Occassionally I like to try different pie styles so I decided to try my own version in a cast iron pan and it turned out great.
