Well I was tickled pink with my last attempt at pizza making!!
Used KAF let kneed for about 10 minutes in the mixer and let slow rise in the frig for 48 hours give or take one or two. Did the Papa John clone sauce.. not bad for my first attempt, and topped with cheese Nothing too crazy for the night. Baked in the oven at 500*
And look at those bubbles. Crust was light and airy yet crisp. Brushed with butter after taking out of oven.
