I do love margheritas in the biggest way, but I'm also a veg head, and love to play.  Much to Cavanagh's dismay1 :-D  I usually have a margherita around and a couple of carnivore specials for the guys just in case one of my experiments goes awry.  Once again, lovely pies, Ed.

I have a Forno Bravo Primavera 60 which has a 24 inch floor.  I typically make a 10 - 11 inch pie in this.
