Paulie Gee's

For you guys/gals who have been to Paulie's if you had to choose one pizza which one would you pick? I'm trying to decide but he has so many picks I don't know. I'm definitely going to get the Regina because using a plain cheese as a benchmark to see how everything melds togehter then a special to get some ideas.

I went recently, and Paulie recommended getting a dell boy, but with hot honey on the side to try it as a hell boy.  Hell Boy is better, IMHO.  But i understand where's he coming from.

We tried a lot of pizzas... some of our favorites were:

Greenpointer
Monte Cristo (seriously good)
Rooftop Red (a crowd favorite amongst all of us)

I would honestly leave off the Regina, as his ingredient combinations are what really stands out more than anything from my visit.  Get a dell boy with hot honey on the side if you can, and a Rooftop Red, and a Monte Cristo.  Those were my clear favorites.

If you stop Paulie and talk to him before you order, I doubt he will let you order the Regina. He'll want you to try his signature pies.

I second the Hellboy.

The "Feel Like Bacon Love" is AWESOME if you like Amatriciana sauce. The bacon is cooked into the sauce as opposed to being placed on top of the pie.

My son didn't like the sweetness on the Hellboy, so I had to eat that one all by my lonesome. Boo Hoo. It was fantastic.

I suspect you will find that if you order the pie that sounds best to you, you will like it.
