As you may understand it through my nickname, i am French - nobody's perfect! - and just opened a small restaurant in the French Jura (two hours west of Geneva). I like organic food and not meat everyday.
I intend to offer some pizzas, amongst other things, to my customers. But, i would like to respect my personal engagemnets. I started my first dough yesterday and will tell you later what's going on. I would like to know about new experiences about pizza's making. That's why i am here.
