As a child my introduction to pizza occurred in a school cafeteria. The slices were deep but the crust was thin.
It had an inch or inch and a quarter of filling, hamburger, sausage, cheese, and tomatoes. The crust was about like a pie crust in thickness. I can't find a reference to anything similar. I have only had it again when I made it myself. Anyone know of a similar style? Thanks.
