My first pizza in a g3 ferrari oven

Hi guys just took delivery of a g3 ferrari so knocked some dough up and set to work.for a first try I was very happy with the taste and surely things will improve as I learn more

Thanks for the replys.no it wasnt baked in a pan I used a g3 ferrari oven which has a refractory stone.i rolled the crusts over to make a stuffed crust pizza and they ended up massive

Oh okay, the crust was throwing me off.

I figured you did something sorta like that jj...it's an interesting look. The main part of the pie looks extra cheese NY'ish and quite delicious.   :chef:  I've made similar pie's in my 'lil Deni pizza oven.

I didnt anticipate the crust to rise so much lol.next time I will make sure I press the crust down more.to be honest I quite like a decent size crust on a pizza.as daft as it may sound the crust is my favourite part
