Thanks, MrP.

And, while I'm giving thanks, I wanted to thank Deb for offering to loan me her camera and Jim (Red Kiosk) for sending me his old one, which, in all honesty, isn't really old, making it an extremely generous gift.

I now, thanks to Jim, have a working still camera, so I have zero excuses  ;D I'm still waiting on my bearing, and I may not snap shots of my very first bake (I mean come on, I gotta dial this thing a little  >:D), but photos are coming!

Jim, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Scott's a good guy. I've been on this forum since 2005, and Scott's been a great help to me as well.

From the welcome on day one I joined the forum, to the help with recommendations when my anxiousness might have got the better part of my wallet (speaking sopressata). I definitely would like to give my thanks to scott! I really wish I could've contributed to your bs my man but the friends you have here on the forum jumped on this asap! Your kindness and dedication precede you my friend, your bs is very well deserved. Thanks for everything, Ive learned a lot! Cant wait to see what pies are to come from you next.

I just got around to cashing the checks that were sent to me.   Just wanted to let you all know in case you were wondering if I have received your check or not.   Again, thank you all for your contribution.   I apologize to the members who would like to contribute but didn't get a chance to.  A nice word about Scott is more than enough.  Thanks again.

One of the things that I have observed over the nine years on this forum is that a lot of people are only interested in final, successful results. They are not interested in failures. And they are not interested in how the failures evolved over time with every itty bitty detail laid out for everyone to see. Threads that follow that approach often will end up with over a hundred of pages and hundreds of posts and many thousands of page views that most people discovering the thread will not want to read. I don't know Scott's game plan or strategy, but apart from revealing something of importance that can't wait, I think he should take as much time as possible to execute on his game plan or strategy. When he submits his findings, if he is so inclined he can also point out the pitfalls and shortcomings of the BlackStone unit. We should want this thread to be compact, not one that few will want to read.
