this is a follow up on my tent. i have used it for the last two events.the first was without the front skirt as my table configuration would not fit under the tent. the second is with tables that make a nice compact work area under the ten footer. we have five people to work an event and pumped out about 375 pies with no space issues. we do keep our dough in the back of a van so that cuts the tent storage area. overall it was a good investment as it is sturdy, and has custom graphics that help the overall look of the service area. we serve a 10 inch Neapolitan style pizza and usually two other topping choices.
