I live in Arlington.  I'd be up for it.
Since joining this forum, I've begun using words like "autolyze" and have become anal about baker's percents.  My dough is forever changed.

Fio,

You have been keeping me on my toes with your acronyms. FWIW to our other members, I believe

SWMBO = She Who Must Be Obeyed

QFT (Quoted for Truth).

SWMBO is a common acronym, AFAIK (As far as I know).

IIRC (If I recall correctly), SWMBO is used in the company of married or otherwise hitched men as an homage to one's LOML (Love of My Life).

DAMHIKT (Don't ask me how I know this).

TTFN (Ta ta for now),

Yup, when I joined my beer group the guys were using this for the longest time before I figured it out
LOL.

by the way, you guys are onto something great ! - doing an actual meeting ! - very lucky that some of
you guys live within an hour or so of each other.

Great starting the "meeting" early also, that will give you plenty of time to really get to know one another,
a real potential for some real life friends.

Great stuff guys !  ;D

are you all going to bring your mixers ?  now that would be a picture to see !, 3 or 4 or 5 of you all with
mixers in the kitchen, sipping beverages and making pizza ! yah !  :chef:

When I finish my brick oven, I'll have to have a pizza fest - everyone bring their own dough, sauce, toppings etc.  Fire up the oven, everyone makes their own pizzas.

Kegs of homebrew on tap.

What's not to like?
