Here is a very basic NY style dough recipe:
1 pound bread flour
9.5 fluid ounces warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. active dry yeast
Mix and knead until smooth and silky. Let rise for 3 hours at room temperature. Punch down, knead, and allow to rise again for 1 hour. Stretch by hand, place on pizza peel, sauce, top, and bake at 500 degrees F. until golden brown.
And, it's quite delicious!
