Interesting, but definitely not what I consider to be pizza art. With a picture, Photoshop, a printer, and and sharp knife, anyone could do it.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.

Which part of "definitely not what I consider to be pizza art" wasn't clear. I see zero value in that "art." I'm not trying to be harsh, and if others like it, great.

I actually found it a little creepy, myself.  Especially the Clint ones.

I wouldn't be a fan but on your post I read "anyone could do it" is all  ;D

Take a photo, use the Photoshop "cut out" filter to make a pattern, print it, use an x-acto knife to make a pattern for the dough, roll out the dough, lay the pattern over, cut it out, and voila.  Not too difficult.
