Another Black Stone User

After several bakes, mods and splinters, I have finally retired (well, sold to a neighbor) the home made WFO that can be seen in this thread.

Another neighbor just got a Black Stone Oven, and I couldn't resist.  Ordered mine on Tuesday, showed up at 11:30 AM today in Denver.  Can't wait to get it fired up this weekend to do it's first bake!
Tryin' to get my baking skills on par with my consumption skills.

Jon,  good luck with yours.  I got mine earlier this week and only used it once.  Out of the box it does a pretty good job, but I am still sorting out what mods to make and settings to use to get it at its very best.  From going through the first Blackstone thread, I see people launching pies with a bottom stone anywhere from 650 F ( NY pie ) to nearly 900F , which is quite a range
