Paulie just seems like an incredibly down to earth nice guy, who's created some great pizza he wants to share with the world.  My kind of idol.

I hope I get the chance to meet him in person someday...

PG is a great guy. I've had the opportunity to eat at his place several times and visit some other places with him as part of a larger group. The first time I met him was at his place. He didn't know me from Adam, and once I expressed an interest in pizza, he spend a good 30 minutes at our table talking to us.
