Some of the most fun as making a 30" pizza at a friend's Pizzeria. When you see it in front of you, it really is amazing.
Okay science man Let's go from a 14" pie is a 275 gram'ish dough ball, I'm thinking the formula is more than just doubling it???jon
You'd multiply the weight of the 14-inch pie by the ratio of the areas. Area 14-inch = 153.86, Area 30-inch = 706.5706.5/153.9 = 4.6275g *4.6 =1262.8gNot science, just math!
That is a very cool roller knife!
