I saw "a system" you could buy for doing this from some link I can't find right now. I tried this for the last pizza I made, I thought it might help me deal with my primitive pizza forming skills. I turned a large stainless steel bowl upside down and after forming the dough as best I could, used the bowl to finish forming the dough. I need to use an even larger bowl next time but this may have possibilities. If I was opening 200 dough balls a day, I'd get better very fast but doing 2 or 3 pizzas a week does not help me improve.
