What Oven Temperature Do You Use When Baking Your Pizza?
« on: July 28, 2013, 10:33:17 PM »
My previous question, I asked what size pizza you usually make? Your feedback is very helpful. Thank you for responding.

Now, what temperature do you use when baking your pizza? Could you please let me know the style of the pizza, size and kind of oven?

I wait for the pizza stone to get over 650F before I launch the pie.

On my 2stone which turns in circles, I usually see something like 720 at the front of the stone, 820 in the back of the stone (over the burner) and 920 on the back half of the ceiling. (not gonna call it a dome :) )
