Yeah hand made doughs are much better than any machine, i sometimes make them completely by hand when were slow. But when we get 3 or 4 orders at the same time, we really need a way to get doughs out faster. Thats why i really want to get this press working.
The plates look fine, and it seems to heat up well too. Ive also been using a vegetable spray to help release the dough. We get very high quality pizza dough, so i can't imagine that being the problem.
