                Hi my name is Nino, i love Neapolitan pizza and I was looking into building a wfo at my house in Chicago. I've done some research and found some plans on the Forno Bravo website for there pompeii oven. I was wondering for what i'm looking to do if this is a good plan to use. Any suggestions would very much appreciated. Thanks

The pompeii ovens are excellent all around wood fired ovens but some would argue that neapolitan pizza takes a more specialized oven. Take a look at this thread to see some of the differences.,22618.0.html
