Hi everyone!!!!! My name is Paul. I'm coming to you from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Pizza is definitely a much prepared dinner at our house. My favourite pizza was made on firebrick laid on the grill of my natural gas Ducane BBQ. For my 50th birthday, my lovely wife bought me a Big Green Egg, so I have a new mission and challenge to make great pizzas with it as well now. We love simple thin crust pizzas with fresh mozzarella, homemade sauce, basil leaves and some red chilli flakes!! A friend of mine introduced me to this site last night when they came over for a couple of pies.. He also brought along a Sicilian starter for me to try as a base for my dough.
