It's ok, but locally it is always very, very pricey, which I am unwilling to pay. If you like it, scout around and see if it can be bought by the whole block (usually they are 5-6 pounds), that may save you some $$$. I know you have trouble finding Mozzarella in your area, have you searched out any food distributors or restaurant suppliers for possible sources of mozzarella? I buy 5 pound blocks of Sorrento at a restaurant supply store for about $12, price fluctuates with the market. Hope you like the Boar's Head.
