Supper was excellent tonight.
I followed the Pizza Hut recipe from here .
Only modification I did was instead off 637g. bread flour.
I used 626 g, Robin hood bread flour + 12 g. gluten flour (72%)
I cooked it in my pizza oven for 15 minutes at 500 degrees ,but the cheese was pale , so I threw it in my conventional oven on broil for 1 1/2 minutes.
My assembly : Dough (as per PH instructions) , 5 oz. sauce , 7.5 oz. mozzarella , 3,75 shrooms (precooked to remove some water content) , 1.75 oz red onion , 2.8 oz Capicoli - mild , 3.5 oz peperoni , 3 oz cooked bacon , 6 oz mozzarella
