Interesting how most people seem to live in places I would consider where pizza is more popular. We have a couple of pizzerias I know that are Italian owned, but a lot of the food culture has been monotone up until recently.

Kilkenny Ireland, the only pizza here is Domino's (very expensive) muck, oh and my attempts too  :chef:

Hastings, MN. Just 25-30 south of St Paul and Minneapolis. A mile away fom the Mississippi and a few miles more from the St Croix river. Just an old river rat at heart!

Albuquerque, New Mexico.  We are about 5,000 ft above sea level.  The high altitude gives me extra lift in crust rise, but the dry climate does horrible things to  big bags of flour, especially since I can't use it up quick enough. :(
